RareStack Service Terms — Build 12

1. Agreement and platform terms

By downloading, accessing or using RareStack, you agree to these Service Terms and the RareStack Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

For iOS use, the Apple Standard EULA also applies. For Android use and purchases, applicable Google Play terms and policies also apply. If a mandatory platform term or applicable law gives you stronger rights, that term or law controls.

2. The RareStack service

RareStack is an independent tool for identifying, cataloguing and reviewing value information about trading cards. It is not a marketplace, broker, investment adviser, card grader or authentication service. Automated identifications and third-party market information may be incomplete, delayed or wrong, so you must independently verify important details.

Guest mode is available. Account features use supported sign-in providers only when selected.

3. Local collection and optional public sharing

Collection and search data are stored locally by default. RareStack does not provide automatic collection synchronization or automatic cloud backup. You are responsible for protecting the device and any local records you want to keep.

Public sharing is optional. Only content for cards that you deliberately select is sent for the public-share feature. You must have the rights required for anything you choose to share.

4. CardSight uploads

CardSight is optional and governed by the separate CardSight Upload Terms. RareStack asks for a separate choice before every upload.

You may upload only if you are at least 18 and have legal capacity. You must own the submitted image or hold all permissions and licences needed to submit it and authorize processing under the Upload Terms. You must not submit Sensitive Data or Personal Information about a person under 18.

Choosing Cancel sends nothing and does not consume a scan credit. If you agree, RareStack creates and sends a resized, metadata-free JPEG to CardSight. CardSight may use it for service operation, improvement, research or training under its policies.

5. Acceptable use

You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use RareStack lawfully for personal purposes. You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or extract source code except where law expressly permits;
• scrape, harvest or automate access to RareStack, CardSight or their data;
• bypass authentication, subscription checks, rate limits, security controls or other access controls;
• resell RareStack, CardSight output or underlying data;
• use the service or uploads to create, train or maintain a database that competes with CardSight;
• submit malicious, unlawful, misleading or rights-infringing content; or
• interfere with the service, its providers or another user.

6. RareStack Plus subscriptions

RareStack Plus may provide up to 25 scans per day, subject to the current features and limits displayed in the app and store. Prices, billing periods and any trial are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and renew automatically unless cancelled before the store’s renewal deadline. Manage or cancel them through the store where they were purchased:

• Manage Apple App Store subscriptions
• Manage RareStack Plus on Google Play

Deleting RareStack, deleting an account or stopping use does not cancel a subscription. Refunds and mandatory consumer rights are handled under the applicable store rules and law.

7. Account deletion

The primary method is Profile > Delete account in RareStack. Subscription cancellation is separate.

When required for an Apple account, deletion uses fresh Sign in with Apple reauthentication. The fresh Apple authorization code is held only in memory, and required Apple revocation occurs before Firebase account deletion. A verified Firebase token authorizes Worker cleanup, including authenticated public shares and Worker-resolved Qonversion customer deletion.

Remote account deletion is fail-closed: RareStack does not report the deletion as completed unless the required remote deletion steps have succeeded or the relevant remote records are already absent. After remote deletion is confirmed, RareStack writes a durable, owner-scoped pending-cleanup marker before starting fallible local cleanup. If local cleanup does not finish, the marker remains and RareStack retries only that owner-scoped local device cleanup at startup. Full details are in the RareStack account deletion guide.

9. Third-party services

RareStack may rely on Apple, Google, Firebase, ML Kit, Google Play, Qonversion, CardSight, Cloudflare, Namecheap/Webzoom hosting and approved card-art or data hosts. Their terms, privacy policies, technical limits and availability may also apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Webzoom is not responsible for third-party outages, decisions, data errors, retention or services it does not control. This limitation does not remove any responsibility or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Intellectual property and card information

RareStack, its original interface and Webzoom branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Trading-card names, artwork, characters, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. RareStack is independent and is not endorsed by a publisher, marketplace, grading company, Apple or Google unless expressly stated.

11. Availability, disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, perfect card identification, authenticity, grading, price accuracy or the availability of a third-party integration.

RareStack information is general information, not financial, investment, legal or tax advice. To the extent permitted by law, Webzoom is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on an identification, valuation or third-party service. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.

12. Changes, applicable law and contact

We may update these terms when RareStack or applicable requirements change. The date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by applicable Greek law, while consumers retain mandatory protections available in their country of residence.
