Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, how Webzoom handles personal data on this website (webzoom.gr) and in our future mobile games. We are based in Greece and comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who we are
Webzoom is the trading name of the sole proprietorship VASILEIADIS VASILEIOS TOU THEODOROU, an independent game development studio. For the purposes of the GDPR, this entity is the data controller.

2. Data we collect on this website
Contact form. When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, a subject, and your message. The form opens a pre-filled email in your own email application — the data is sent directly to info@webzoom.gr as an email and is not stored on our website's servers. We use it solely to reply to your enquiry (legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to messages you choose to send us). We keep correspondence only as long as needed to handle it, and then delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.
Hosting logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) in server logs for security and reliability. These logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to identify you.
Cookies & analytics. This website currently does not use analytics services or advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, we will prefer a privacy-respecting solution, anonymize data where possible, and update this policy before doing so.
3. Our mobile games
Our first games are currently in development and not yet released. Our intention is to build games that collect as little personal data as possible. Before each game is released on Google Play or the Apple App Store, we will update this policy (or publish a game-specific policy linked from the store listing) describing exactly what data, if any, that game collects — for example crash reports, analytics, or advertising identifiers — and why.
4. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for marketing. Data may be processed by service providers we rely on to operate (such as our email and website hosting providers), only as needed and under appropriate safeguards.
5. Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@webzoom.gr — we will respond within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr) or your local EU supervisory authority.
6. Children
This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Age-appropriate handling for each game will be described before its release.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website and games evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
